To facilitate this goal we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted in our office. Extended payment plans for up to 6 months are available based on applicant's credit approval.
